We've mainly used the email sequence features and have been very happy with those. In particular, the ability to do A/B testing on messages has helped us improve our open, click and response rates. We use Pipedrive as our CRM, and the integration between the two platforms is solid. In general, we have found Outplay easy to use and easy to implement.
