This product is very easy to use and offers a variety of reports for the fleet. It provides real-time tracking of vehicles and delivers clear video footage. The battery drains too quickly, so I have to keep it plugged in almost all the time to use it. Additionally, the dashboard camera keeps falling off, which is quite frustrating because I have to keep reattaching it.

Mandatory 36-month contract length is common, especially with dashcam features. Customer support quality is inconsistent (long wait times, poor communication, billing issues reported by some users). No free trials unless the fleet has 30+ vehicles (as per some reports). Active tracking feature is sometimes limited to higher-priced plans. Occasional lag/freezing and data gaps in rural areas reported by users. No third-party GPS hardware integration mentioned. No support for cargo temperature tracking.
