In addition to news and analysis, I liked FiscalNote's tracking and monitoring systems and that it includes advocacy tools such as CQ Roll Call and Voter Voice to name a few. Its stakeholder management and collaboration software aren't half bad either. For what little they have to offer compared to other political advocacy packages like Phone2Action, FN is quite expensive but well worth the risk. I'm also not too fond of its user interface (UI) because it can be challenging to toggle through at first.

No clear public pricing/plans for all products (primarily custom/enterprise contracts) Reported difficulties with the user interface (UI) and 'clunky' feel on legacy platforms, despite PolicyNote migration Lag time between legislative events and reporting (reported by some users for lobbyist use) Expensive compared to some other political advocacy packages Reported aggressive sales tactics for renewals/upsells on legacy products (e.g., VoterVoice) Some parts of the software are not mobile optimized (older products)
