AI's 'intelligence capabilities' are sometimes not as impressive as marketed, with limited analytical tools for data and user behavior. The platform can be slow with lags and syncing between Eightfold and external ATS can be slow. Occasional data inaccuracy, including the AI failing to capture correct CV details in its output. Customer support response time can be slow, and answers are not always accurate. Limited tagging and reporting capabilities for managing expressions of interest/talent communities. Merging duplicate candidates is awkward/difficult for admins. ATS functionality feels basic compared to comprehensive platforms.
