High implementation complexity and cost, typical of large enterprise supply chain platforms. Customization can be difficult and slow to implement. Reported issues with the application being 'somehow little slow' and freezing when extracting old data (from Global Trade Suite reviews). Requires significant training and domain expertise to leverage full functionality. Pricing is quote-based and not transparent.
